Session booking deposit: $30, deducted from the total session price.
The remaining session balance is payable before the session begins.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Cancellation notice required: at least 24 hours.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments: the $30 deposit is kept.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling notice required: at least 24 hours. The $30 deposit transfers to the rescheduled booking.
Illness or unforeseen circumstances
Cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances: the $30 deposit is refunded, including within the 24-hour notice period.
